IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE TO JOIN THE JW MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we will charge you your first month's payment.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM FOR?
Your monthly JW Membership program starts the day your membership is charged to your card and renews automatically each month.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED EVERY MONTH?
Your monthly JW Membership payment will be billed on the same day as first payment each month.
CAN MY FRIEND OR FAMILY GET MY JW FAMILY MEMBERSHIP PRICING?
Your monthly JW Membership allows for transferable Diamond Glow treatments to friends and family. However, the special 10% off retail products, services, and procedures is non-transferable.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE SERVICES EACH MONTH?
No, but we encourage you to keep up with your skincare regimen to reach optimal results. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month, you may carry it over and use your treatment at another time.
CAN I CANCEL THE PROGRAM?
You may cancel the program at any time with 7 days written notice.
IF I DON’T USE MY SERVICE FOR THE MONTH, CAN I GET A REFUND?
My heart and passion is to provide excellent service, especially for my members, and in order to continue that and do my best to accommodate everyone, while also honoring my schedule and other clients, any last minute cancellations, no-shows, or missed monthly membership appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
